Join Sodium Fitness for an unforgettable week May 22, 29, 2027 outside Taormina, in a tranquil, family-run retreat venue nestled in the hills of Mastrissa. Set within a private gated community, the property offers panoramic views of Taormina, Castelmola, the Ionian Sea, and often Mount Etna. With fully equipped apartment-style accommodations, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a peaceful villa-like atmosphere, it feels both secluded and effortlessly connected to town.

This retreat is designed to create a thoughtful balance of movement, connection, and rest. Days are grounded in invigorating fitness sessions and complemented by authentic Sicilian experiences, whether that’s relaxing poolside, sharing meals prepared by a private chef, or exploring the local culture. It’s a space to slow down, reconnect, and fully immerse yourself in the rhythm of the island.

Throughout the week, you’ll enjoy twice-daily fitness classes (excluding excursion days), along with daily brunch and dinner prepared by your private chef. Two optional group dinners in town offer the chance to experience Sicily’s local cuisine, and a curated group excursion allows you to explore beyond the retreat. Group airport transfers are included, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure from start to finish.

PRICING:

We have a variety of accommodation types to suit your budget all priced in CAD dollars. All rooms are equipped with AC and private ensuite.

  • 2 Bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchenette (quad occupancy) $2750 pp 

  • 1 Bedroom apartment with bathroom, living room and kitchenette (double occupancy) $2850 pp  

  • Studio apartment with bathroom and kitchenette (double occupancy) $2750 pp

  • Budget Option – book as a triple; sleeper sofas available in several rooms $2350 pp

  • Single supplement for studio apartment $3450 pp

  • When you are ready to book a deposit of half down is required to secure you booking and final payment is due by November 1st.  Payments are accepted via e-transfer or credit card (4.5% fee for credit card to cover user fees)

Cancellation policy:  All retreats are non-refundable.  When you book a spot, I start to direct those funds to pay the vendors.  If you need to cancel for any reason, I will try to fill your spot and if I can, I’ll refund all your payments made minus a $200 administration fee.  If I am unable to fill your spot there will be no refunds, transfers or future travel credits. Alternatively, you can seek 3rd party cancellation insurance in the event of an emergency. The host also has the right to cancel the retreat if minimum numbers are not met. In this event, already booked guests will receive a full refund.

Payment details:  50% to secure your spot (via credit card or e-transfer) , followed by a second payment of 50% due November 1 2025. When you are ready to book send me an email and I will forward you onto my travel agent Andrea who will take care of the booking details. *note credit card payments have a 3% service fee which is charged by the card companies.
